Today we did a 30 minute textual analysis on a magazine cover, to show everything we've learnt so far. This gave me a better idea how to do a textual analysis and also how to go break down the thoughts I had on the image/layout/text etc and go into more depth explaining them.
When creating parts of a magazine, this will help me further as I will know what I need to put in it to make it successful, (learning the codes and conventions).
